“Though such a respectful urologist but I had one of the worst medical experiences because of this doctor. He was outright rude and disrespectful to the patient’s relative - cutting them off and speaking with zero basic decency. It was not just unprofessional, it was insulting. Even worse, the care itself felt careless and sloppy. There was no proper attention like the patient admitted didn’t even matter. It felt so unsafe and uncertain. If this is how patients and families are treated here, it’s unacceptable. People come in worried and vulnerable, not to be treated like an inconvenience. I wouldn’t trust this doctor at all and would never recommend him to anyone.”
